Payment:

Payments will be issued bi-weekly (every 2 weeks). Checks will go out on the 20th for the first half of the month, the 5th for the second half of the month. Commissions must reach a minimum of five dollars ($5.00) before a payment will  be issued. All payments will be made in U.S. dollars

Your account is available and updated in realtime, 24 hrs a day 7 days a week.

A unique clickthrough is defined as a hit to the sponsor site from an IP address that has not been seen for 24 hours.

Terms and Conditions

1.No Banner Broker ad shall be placed on a site that is in any way related to the following topics:

                       - Sex (Nudity, Eroticism, Etc.)
                       - Software Pirating (Warez, Cracking, Etc.)
                       - MP3 Sites
                       - Hacking or Phreaking
                       - Any Illegal Activity Whatsoever
                       - Controversial Subject Matter

2.Only one (1) Banner Brokers account per person.

3.Only one (1) Banner Brokers account may be used on a site.

4.With the exception of replacing USERNAME with your username, you may not alter/modify the code in anyway.

5.The placement of three or more banners next to each other on the same  page is not allowed. Nor is it allowed to place banners on pages without any content.

6.Every Banner Brokers graphic must be pulled from the Banner Brokers server.

7.Auto spawning of browsers, automatic redirecting of users, and clicking on your own ads is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination

8.It is not okay to make statements near the ads requesting your visitors click  on the ads.

9.No changes to our Banner Brokers including size and orientation will be allowed.

10.US citizens must be eighteen (18) years of age to participate.

11.Banner Brokers, at its sole discretion, reserves the right not to pay sites that violate ANY of the above rules. If you have a question about the interpretation of the rules, please contact us BEFORE posting any of our ads.
