Payment

Datacom pays any host with an account balance of $50 or greater on the 15th of every month. If a host has not accumulated
more than $50 in their  account the balance is carried over to the next month. Checks are sent by   regular mail and should be
received within 5-7 days.Once a host has   been paid their account balance will be updated and they will receive an  email
detailing how we came to the amount that will be on the check.
 

Terms and Conditions
 

1. ALL HOST SITES MUST COMPLY COMPLETELY WITH ALL THE TERMS
AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HERE. DATACOM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
REFUSE PAYMENT TO ANY HOST SITE THAT VIOLATES ANY OF THESE
TERMS.

2. Right of Refusal. Datacom may refuse at any time to include any website as a
host in the network that is found to be inappropriate, based on Datacom's sole
discretion. Websites that are not accepted as host sites include, but are not limited
to:

     Sex (Nudity, Eroticism)
     Software Pirating (Warez, Cracking, Etc.)
     Hacking or Phreaking
     Illegal MP3 files
     Any Illegal Activity Whatsoever

Datacom will perform random checks to assure compliance. Any banner advertising
space located on such a page will not receive any credit or payment for the space
and the host site will forfeit any and all credit or payment earned.

3. Unique Visitors. A "unique visitor" is defined as a maximum of one visit from any
IP address per twelve-hour period to each sponsor's website. Host sites will be paid
for unique visitors only.

4. Code Integrity. You may not alter Datacom insertion code except to remove
centering or to remove the advertising info text line. Autospawning of
browsers,automatic redirecting of users, or any other technique of generating
automated click-throughs is strictly prohibited. Our software is specifically designed
to locate any sites that do not comply with this rule.

5. Payments. Host sites will be paid at least six cents per unique visitor clicking
through to our advertiser's site. All hosts are paid once a month. No checks will be
disbursed for an amount less than $50. If the money owed to the host is less than $50,
the amount will be added to the next months total.

6. Placement. Placement of banners on pages without any content is not allowed.
Only place one of OUR banners per page.

7. Automatic Renewal. This contract shall be automatically renewed for successive
periods and may be canceled by either party at any time by notification in writing via
email.

8. Banner Statements. Making statements near the Datacom banner requesting
that your visitors "click" on the banner is not allowed. Asking your visitor to "visit" your
sponsor is allowed (ie. Please visit our sponsor).

9. Indemnification. Host agrees to indemnify and hold Datacom harmless from and
against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages and
attorney fees arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for libel, slander, copyright,
and trademark violation as well as all other claims resulting from host's or advertiser's
web pages.

10. Removal from System. Datacom reserves the right to remove any host site that
is found abusing the network in anyway. This may be in the form of generating
click-thru's, clicking on ads multiple times or providing a reward to users who click on
the banners. If at any time Datacom Internet Solutions feels that a site is cheating in
anyway they will be removed from the network and all credit will be lost.

11. Modifications. Datacom reserves the right to change the host terms and
conditions at any time. Please contact ads@datais.com if you have questions about
the interpretation of any term set forth here. For special circumstances, modifications
to these rules may be made if approved via e-mail from an authorized Datacom
